Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Management

• Own and manage a portfolio of high-value Romanian casino advertisers.
• Lead strategic check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and forward-looking planning.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid deals aligned with internal ROI goals.
• Identify growth opportunities through geo-expansion, upsells, and bonus integrations based on market data and trends.

Campaign Oversight

• Oversee the setup, tracking, and visibility of live campaigns; coordinate with junior AMs for execution.
• Monitor daily KPIs using real-time dashboards, and initiate corrective actions when performance drops.
• Use AI-enabled monitoring tools to detect anomalies (e.g., FTD drops, EPC fluctuations, inactive tracking) faster and with greater precision.

Advertiser Relationship Development

• Act as the primary point of contact for Romanian advertisers, ensuring prompt and strategic communication.
• Represent Ogooga in partner meetings, industry events, and local conferences.
• Use AI-based summarization and analysis tools to deliver tailored reporting and recommendations during partner meetings.

Data & Performance Reporting

• Build and analyze custom performance reports to track ROI, offer health, and deal effectiveness.
• Collaborate with BI and Tech teams to improve data visibility and dashboard automation.
• Leverage GPT tools to prepare client-facing insights, campaign summaries, and upsell opportunities efficiently.

Internal Collaboration

• Relay market and partner insights to internal teams (Content, SEO, Traffic, Legal) for campaign enhancement and localization.
• Contribute to the briefing and prioritization of new features or creative assets for assigned partners.
• Mentor and support Junior AMs—review their campaign execution, coach their communication, and help structure their reporting.

Market Expertise

• Stay up to date with Romanian iGaming regulations and compliance nuances.
• Provide insights on player behavior, brand perception, and campaign resonance in the Romanian market.

Required Skills

Soft Skills

• Strong negotiation and relationship management
• Analytical and data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication in Romanian and English
• Independent, proactive, and commercially driven

Technical Skills

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets reporting; familiarity with BI tools is a plus;
• Familiarity with tracking technologies (S2S, UTMs, postbacks)
• Experience with affiliate platforms (IncomeAccess, MyAffiliates,etc)
• Comfortable using CRMs (HubSpot, Trello, Notion) and AI platforms used for reporting, tracking, and summarization.

Experience

• 3+ years in affiliate or performance marketing, ideally iGaming
• Deep understanding of affiliate market dynamics
• Proven track record of managing and growing advertiser relationships
