Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager will take on a strategic leadership role in overseeing complex projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring the execution of plans, managing budgets, and mitigating risks. Your leadership will ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards. Your role will also involve managing key stakeholder relationships, including developers, providing direction, and ensuring that all projects meet the required regulatory and quality standards.

Qualifications and Skills

• BS/B.Eng in Project Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• RICS/CIOB certification is a plus.
• At least 8 years of project management experience, with a strong background in Hotels, Residential, or Commercial projects, including experience working directly with developers.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines within budget constraints.
• Strong understanding of financial management, project estimating, and cost analysis.
• Excellent proficiency in project management software and office applications.
• Ability to travel to job sites as required.
• UAE driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project scope, and budget development, and ensure adherence throughout.
• Oversee project execution, coordinating with developers, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Implement best practices, mentor team members, and drive performance.
• Manage stakeholder communication and ensure project documentation is complete.
• Evaluate contractor quotes, award contracts, and monitor construction activities.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide input on budgeting and contract negotiations.
