🚀 Project Manager | European Market | Advanced English | Italian a plus

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join high-growth startup environments operating across Europe.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced ecosystems, enjoys building processes from scratch, and is comfortable working with international stakeholders.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management across cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Marketing, Operations).
• Define project scope, roadmap, milestones, and KPIs.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate distributed and multicultural teams across different European time zones.
• Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure strong execution discipline.
• Provide clear reporting to founders, leadership, and investors when required.

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in startups or scale-ups.
• Proven experience managing digital or tech-driven projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Advanced English (C1/C2 level) – mandatory.
• Italian (B1 or higher) – nice to have.
• Experience working with remote and international teams.
• Excellent communication, prioritization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous and fast-changing environments.

🌍 Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthtech, or digital platforms.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
• Experience working within EU markets.
• EU work authorization.
