Job Details

Must-Have Skills

• 5–12 years of experience in AI/ML/NLP/LLM engineering or AI consulting
• Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
• Experience with AI cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI APIs
• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma
• Working knowledge of LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Understanding of MLOps / AIOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model lifecycle management
• Familiarity with data engineering, structured and unstructured data processing, and analytics tools
• Ability to translate complex AI concepts into business-friendly language

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience designing and scaling enterprise AI solutions
• Exposure to agent-based architectures and advanced RAG patterns
• Experience in AI governance, security, and responsible AI
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience
