🚀 Automation QA Engineer (Software Engineer in Test)

📍 Dubai | Hybrid Model

We’re partnering with a fast-scaling fintech startup in Dubai that’s redefining digital financial services across the region. With strong funding, ambitious growth plans, and a high-performing engineering culture, they’re now looking to hire a Software Engineer in Test (Automation QA Engineer) to help build quality into their platform from the ground up.

The Role

• Design and build scalable automation frameworks from scratch
• Embed quality practices into CI/CD pipelines
• Work closely with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams
• Own API, UI, and integration test automation
• Drive performance and reliability testing initiatives
• Contribute to improving testability of microservices architecture

You’ll be joining a modern engineering environment with strong DevOps practices and cloud-native infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years in QA Automation / SDET roles
• Strong coding skills (Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks
• API testing experience (Postman, RestAssured, etc.)
• CI/CD integration experience (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)
• Experience working in Agile squads
• Exposure to fintech, payments, trading, or high-transaction platforms is a strong plus
