Your Impact

Lead the design, development, and deployment of machine learning models to drive automation and efficiency across areas like credit risk, fraud detection, AML, customer service, and business analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable, robust solutions that support Froda’s strategic goals of scalability, standardization, and reliability.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy ML models and pipelines for critical business areas.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and analytics teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Lead data science projects, champion best practices, and support the growth of Froda’s ML/AI capabilities.
• Implement and optimize ML-Ops workflows (data processing, model training, deployment, and monitoring).

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer in tech, fintech, or a similar product-driven company.
• Hands-on experience with production ML pipelines, ML-Ops frameworks, and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure).
• Proven skills in Python, SQL, and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT APIs, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG).
• Knowledge of credit risk, fraud detection, or AML is a plus.
