We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager specializing in AI Solutions to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business contexts. They will be responsible for defining product vision, managing the product backlog, and ensuring the successful delivery of AI-driven solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Vision and Strategy:
- Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for AI solutions;
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research and analysis;
- Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer requirements;
- Create, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects customer needs and business goals;
- Work closely with stakeholders, including sales, business leaders, customers, and development teams, to gather requirements and ensure alignment;
- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams;
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure successful product delivery.
- Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings;
- Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the product lifecycle;
- Ensure delivered features meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies in AI;
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success;
- Analyze product performance data and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement;
- Drive iterative development and continuous delivery practices.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred;
- 5+ years of experience in product management or a related role, with a focus on AI solutions;
- Proven track record of successfully delivering AI-driven products or solutions;
- Experience working in agile development environments;
- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics;
- Familiarity with AI development frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch);
- Knowledge of software development processes and methodologies;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and AI services;
- Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies;
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools;
- Understanding of ethical considerations in AI and data privacy regulations.
