How You Will Make an Impact:


  • Lead the end‑to‑end UX design process for high‑impact features across our web-based applications, driving discovery, concept development, high‑fidelity design, and validation with a high degree of autonomy
  • Translate complex business challenges and diverse user needs into intuitive, scalable, and elegant digital experiences
  • Define and execute user research strategies, conducting advanced interviews, usability testing, and data‑driven evaluations to inform and validate design decisions
  • Deliver comprehensive UX artifacts, including user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed design specifications that guide implementation at scale
  • Collaborate closely with product leadership and engineering teams, influencing product direction and ensuring design feasibility, alignment, and excellence throughout agile development cycles
  • Drive the evolution and governance of our design system, contributing patterns, components, and guidelines that enhance consistency, efficiency, and long‑term product scalability
  • Champion user‑centered design principles, mentoring peers and advocating for best practices across the organization to elevate design maturity
  • Promote accessibility and responsive design standards, ensuring inclusive and high‑quality experiences across all platforms
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously exploring new tools, technologies, and UI/UX methodologies to elevate our digital product experience


What Makes You a Great Fit:


  • 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end ownership of complex, high‑impact product features
  • Deep expertise in user‑centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices, with the ability to apply them strategically across diverse applications
  • Proven experience leading the full design lifecycle - from discovery, research, and concept development to high‑fidelity design, prototyping, and validation
  • Strong user research and usability testing experience, including planning, conducting, analyzing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements
  • Advanced proficiency in modern design tools, including Figma, relevant plugins, localization tools such as Lokalise, and emerging AI‑powered design tools
  • Hands‑on experience with design systems and component libraries, including contributing to and maintaining scalable, reusable patterns
  • Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, development processes, and the technical constraints that shape design decisions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and work effectively with cross‑functional teams in an agile environment
  • Continuous learner, staying up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to elevate product quality and innovation
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
