Tasks

Your Responsibilities

  • Streamlining and Scaling Operations: Take ownership of organizing workflows, implementing scalable systems, and optimizing processes to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staying Ahead in Web3 Innovation: Research emerging trends and developments in the Crypto/Web3 space to identify new opportunities and refine business strategies.
  • Mastering Tables and Numbers: Use tools like Google Sheets and Notion to document activities, track performance and analyze outcomes for better decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with Leadership: Partner closely with the founder to execute strategies, shape a sustainable business model and navigate the fast-paced Web3 landscape.
  • Enhancing Communication and Organization: Create clarity and structure across initiatives, ensuring seamless communication within the team and effective coordination of efforts.


Requirements

What You Bring

  • A Hungry Mind: You’re eager to learn and grow. We offer mentorship, feedback and proven processes, but it’s your drive and curiosity that will make the difference.
  • From Rookie to Rocky: No previous experience? No problem. We value humility, hard work and a commitment to self-improvement over a packed résumé.
  • Strong English Skills: You can communicate effectively with the team in English. German is a plus but not a must.
  • Enrolled in Studies: You’re a student for at least one more year and available for 20 hours per week.
  • Located in Germany: You are based here and ready to dive into this exciting opportunity.
