We are now seeking graduates to join our Investment Banking team in Oslo, starting in autumn 2026. This is a highly selective opportunity to join a top-tier advisory platform and work alongside senior bankers on landmark M&A and capital markets transactions across the Nordic region.

As a Graduate, you will play a key role in live transactions from day one. You will work closely with senior team members and clients, contributing to financial analysis, valuation, transaction execution and strategic advisory. The role offers steep learning curves, significant responsibility and unparalleled exposure early in your career.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for exceptional individuals with a strong academic track record, intellectual curiosity and a clear ambition to pursue a career in Investment Banking.

Successful Candidates Typically Demonstrate

• A Master’s degree (or final year student) in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering or a related discipline, with excellent academic performance
• Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities, combined with solid commercial judgement
• A demonstrated interest in corporate finance, capital markets and strategic advisory
• Prior internship experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Strategy Consulting or other relevant fields is highly valued
• The ability to perform under pressure, manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines
• Strong personal drive, integrity and ownership mentality
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluency in English and a Scandinavian language, preferably Norwegian
