About the position:
We are building a new automation platform for internal usage of ASBIS that connects business processes, AI models, and internal systems. We are looking for Product Manager who will analyze operational workflows to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and lead requirements gathering with clear documentation of functional and non-functional needs.
Translate business needs into product specifications and user stories and manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery and adoption.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of proven experience managing software projects as project manager/product
owner
• Ability to map and analyze business process (BA experience will be plus)
• Proficiency in writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of technical constraints, APIs, data flows, and system integrations (not
required to be an engineer, but able to speak with engineers confidently).
• Basic to intermediate understanding of AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, AI agents,
prompt engineering, and model limitations
• Experience managing projects involving AI agents, automation, or intelligent systems
will be plus
• Experience delivery products aimed at operational efficiency, automation or process
optimization
• Hands-on experience in software development lifecycle and methodologies, including
traditional agile (SCRUM, KANBAN)
• Technical background or business/IT education

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Empathy, active listening, and ability to translate unclear business needs into structured
requirements
• High adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment
• Detail orientation while keeping the big picture in mind
Responsibilities:
