About the Role

We’re working with our client, a global crypto exchange, who are building a next‑generation trading platform that brings every kind of speculative market, tokenized stocks, crypto, prediction markets, into one seamless mobile experience. This is a rare chance to own a greenfield build with massive distribution from day one.

They are looking for a CTO to join who has deep experience in high‑performance trading systems and risk infrastructure. You’ve built matching engines, margin and liquidation systems, or real‑time risk platforms, and you know how these systems behave under real market stress. You can operate at the architecture level while still being hands‑on with code, reviews, and debugging.

What You’ll Do

• Build and own the core trading engine and risk systems
• Lead engineering across backend, blockchain, mobile, and platform
• Oversee smart contract architecture, security, and audits
• Guide mobile-first product development for global retail markets
• Partner with executive leadership on strategy and execution

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in Software engineering
• Experience in Technical leadership
• Proven ability to build and scale products
• A track record building trading, derivatives, or risk infrastructure
• Strong understanding of derivatives market structure
