Project Manager

Delivery Project Manager – Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial (HFC) Networks

We are looking for a Delivery Project Manager to join our client's team and support projects within Hybrid Fiber-Coaxial (HFC) networks, a broadband technology combining fiber-optic and coaxial cables to deliver high-speed internet, TV, and voice services. This role starts in a supportive capacity, helping reduce workload on ongoing projects and assisting fellow project managers, with the opportunity to grow into full end-to-end project ownership.

Location:

Mechelen Office (primarily onsite)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with milestones and priorities
• Track project execution, monitor capacity, and report progress to management
• Maintain accurate project administration and data quality in internal tools
• Coordinate daily with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders
• Support existing project leaders and act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of project experience, preferably in telecom, utilities, or operational project environments
• Strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch; English is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining structure and oversight
• Team player with proactive attitude and ownership mindset

Nice-to-Have:

• Knowledge of HFC networks or similar network delivery projects
• Experience with project management tools and subcontractor coordination
• End-to-end project management experience
