UI, UX Designer

My client is a very well established leading, multichannel marketing services business with a substantial creative agency at it's core. As their digital offering continues to grow, my client is looking for a talented and imaginative Designer (UX/UI) to help drive innovation and shape exceptional digital experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious and collaborative team, working with a range of high-profile brands across diverse and challenging design briefs.

The Role:

As a Product Designer, you’ll play a key role in transforming complex problems into intuitive, engaging digital solutions. You’ll bring creativity, strategic thinking and meticulous attention to detail to every stage of the design process.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing information architecture, wireframes and customer journey maps
• Designing beautifully crafted, user-centred interfaces
• Creating high-quality digital prototypes with speed and precision
• Designing experiences that align customer needs with business objectives
• Collaborating closely with account managers, developers and creatives
• Supporting and facilitating client workshops and design sprints

Experience required:

You’re creative, innovative and solutions-focused. You thrive on simplifying complexity and can confidently articulate your design thinking to both internal teams and clients.

You’ll bring:

• Agency experience
• A diverse digital product design portfolio, supported by measurable results
• A strong understanding of human-centred design thinking, methods and techniques
• Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on effective outcomes
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Confidence presenting ideas to creative teams and clients
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
• A good understanding of AI prototyping tools
• A full UK driving licence
