Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & System Maintenance

• Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases

• Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

• Identify discrepancies and escalate or resolve issues appropriately

• Conduct routine data audits and quality assurance checks

• Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation

Operations Reporting & Analysis

• Assist in generating recurring and ad hoc operational reports

• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and workflow metrics

• Compile data summaries for management review

• Support dashboard updates and performance tracking tools

• Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities

Administrative & Workflow Support

• Provide general administrative assistance to operations and leadership teams

• Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain meeting notes

• Monitor task progress and follow up on outstanding action items

• Support onboarding documentation and internal record updates

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information

• Contribute ideas to enhance workflow efficiency and data accuracy

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

• 0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) or Google Workspace
