Data Entry-Level Operations Analyst (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry-Level Operations Analyst (Remote) to support daily business operations through accurate data entry, reporting assistance, and workflow analysis. Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & System Maintenance

Accurately input, update, and maintain data across internal systems and databases

Review records for completeness, accuracy, and consistency

Identify discrepancies and escalate or resolve issues appropriately

Conduct routine data audits and quality assurance checks

Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation
Operations Reporting & Analysis

Assist in generating recurring and ad hoc operational reports

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and workflow metrics

Compile data summaries for management review

Support dashboard updates and performance tracking tools

Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities
Administrative & Workflow Support

Provide general administrative assistance to operations and leadership teams

Coordinate virtual meetings and maintain meeting notes

Monitor task progress and follow up on outstanding action items

Support onboarding documentation and internal record updates

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client information

Contribute ideas to enhance workflow efficiency and data accuracy
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)

0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or operations (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
