About The Role
As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll help drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across assigned N&HS product brands. This is an exciting development role for an early-career product professional looking to grow into a Product Manager position.
You’ll work closely with Global Product Managers and cross-functional teams to support global growth initiatives, lead specific projects, and take ownership of parts of the product portfolio - such as new product launches, cost-reduction initiatives, or emerging market opportunities. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across global markets.

About The Role
As an Associate Product Manager, you’ll help drive sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction across assigned N&HS product brands. This is an exciting development role for an early-career product professional looking to grow into a Product Manager position.
You’ll work closely with Global Product Managers and cross-functional teams to support global growth initiatives, lead specific projects, and take ownership of parts of the product portfolio - such as new product launches, cost-reduction initiatives, or emerging market opportunities. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution across global markets.
What You’ll Do
Product Strategy & Market Insight
- Analyze market, customer, and competitor data to identify growth and margin opportunities
- Gather voice-of-customer insights and help shape compelling value propositions
- Support pricing, forecasting, and business case development
- Contribute to product and technology roadmaps
- Communicate product strategy clearly to internal stakeholders
- Support planning and execution of new product launches
- Manage projects through development stage gates
- Capture and share learnings from launch reviews
- Support lifecycle roadmaps, product extensions, and value-engineering initiatives
- Apply 80/20 principles to optimize the product portfolio
- Help manage product rationalization and transitions
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, operations, and marketing to deliver customer-focused solutions
- Support product training and promotional activities
- Work with Marketing Communications on collateral and go-to-market efforts
- Deliver product training internally and externally as needed
- Support leadership communications on performance and margin improvement
- Strong product line order intake and profitability vs. targets
- Effective pricing and new product contribution
- High customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Consistent execution of product initiatives and training
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years’ experience in a B2B industrial environment
- Technical understanding of dispersion products (homogenization / separation) required, although candidates with a deep understanding of sanitary pumps, valves or Plate Heat Exchangers will still be considered.
- Professional fluency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and regions
- Clear, confident communication skills
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and a bias toward action
