  • Help manage product rationalization and transitions
  • Collaborate with R&D, sales, operations, and marketing to deliver customer-focused solutions

Training & Promotion

  • Support product training and promotional activities

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • 2+ years’ experience in a B2B industrial environment
  • Technical understanding of dispersion products (homogenization / separation) required, although candidates with a deep understanding of sanitary pumps, valves or Plate Heat Exchangers will still be considered.
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and regions
  • Clear, confident communication skills
  • Curiosity, ownership mindset, and a bias toward action
