Flyer One Ventures — is an early-stage venture capital firm that invests in early-stage startups from Europe and North America. Our team is based in Portugal, Poland, Ukraine and other European countries. After we invest in startups, we help them with digital marketing, recruiting, PR, business development, fundraising preparation, and raising round.

Currently, we are looking for a Business Analyst to join Flyer One Ventures.

About You

  • 1+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar position (Big4 is a plus);
  • strong operational and analytical skills;
  • ability to simplify problems within complex systems to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  • results-driven work approach;
  • structured thinking and ability to base business decisions on data;
  • exceptional verbal and written communication abilities;
  • upper-Intermediate English level;
  • proven presentation and self-management skills.

What Will You Do

  • conducting market/industry research for portfolio companies;
  • conducting regular reviews of business processes and creating optimization strategies;
  • recognize risks and issues, and develop plans to address challenges effectively.
