Performance Analyst will be giving input to setting sales plans for the frontline, follow-up and analysis of sales plans, give input to regular reports and strategical business plans. In addition, ensuring Retail project performance management will also be one of the key responsibilities for this role.

How You Will Make an Impact:


  • Analyse performance trends and development against the plan
  • Create, maintain and optimize performance dashboards
  • Provide high quality regular reports
  • Identify and escalate performance gaps
  • Contribute to regular business performance reviews
  • Ensure Retail project and program performance management
  • Participate in setting KPIs and creating strategic plans
  • Perform resource utilization calculations and analysis


What Makes You a Great Fit:


  • Experience in sales analysis, planning and control
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights from large datasets
  • Advanced Excel skills; certifications or demonstrable experience with Excel Power Query, Knime, SQL or similar platforms is preferred
  • Experience with business intelligence tools
  • Understanding of financial industry products and Retail banking processes is a strong advantage
  • Readiness to show initiative and take full ownership
  • Ability to simplify complex solutions
  • Effective communication skills and capability to work simultaneously with several stakeholders
  • Ability to execute tasks both individually and in teams
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
