EPC Project Manager - BESS - Munich - €Excellent + Bonus

The Company

They are a Munich based renewable energy platform on a clear trajectory to becoming a IPP in Germany, and Europe in the future. They are back by strong financial partners and are led by by an experienced leadership team who have proven backgrounds in growing and scaling renewable energy businesses across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and driving project execution of utility-scale BESS projects
• Managing EPC contractors, technical advisors, subcontractors
• Coordinate and manage site activities: Quality, HSE, progress reporting, budget, scheduling
• Coordinate grid connection works with TSOs/ DSOs
• Support procurement and contract negotiations during pre-construction
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership and investors

Ideal Requirements

• 2+ years experience in construction management within renewable energy, power generation, or grid infrastructure.
• Ideally experience delivering BESS, solar or substations.
• Strong understanding of German construction regulations and grid connection processes
• Fluent German and English
• A willingness to be in the office
