Senior Engineering Manager

The Role

* Reporting to CTO, setting strategy and taking accountability for engineering execution
* Owns delivery across the organisation and driving best practice
* Defines and evolves engineering processes across planning, development, release, and operations
* Balances speed, reliability, security, and technical risk
* Builds and scales strong engineering leadership structures
* Partners closely with Product and Data to align priorities and trade-offs
* Drives transparency through clear metrics, progress tracking, and risk communication

Your Background

* Senior experience leading engineering organisations through growth and increasing complexity
* Proven track record of developing engineering leaders
* Strong architectural judgement across large-scale, production systems
* Calm, pragmatic decision-maker with sound system thinking
* Technology-agnostic mindset; open to modern tooling and AI-driven improvements
