Job Description
Do you want to play a key role in building a scalable, robust, and future-proof data platform?
We are looking for Data Engineer Lead who will take ownership of the engineering domain of our data platform and lead the way in enabling reliable data flows from anywhere to anywhere.
The Role
As Lead Data Engineer, you are accountable for the engineering foundation of our data platform — a cornerstone of our digital strategy and critical to delivering the business outcomes we need. You combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership, ensuring high-quality, secure, and scalable data pipelines while guiding and developing a team of Data Engineers.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you oversee and mentor a team of Data Engineers, ensuring efficient ingestion, transformation, and processing of data in line with best practices. You design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines and integrate data from a wide range of sources such as APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. You build and manage data lakes, data warehouses, and storage solutions, optimizing data models for performance and scalability. Working closely with architects, you help define data architecture standards and implement monitoring, validation, and troubleshooting mechanisms to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. You ensure that data handling complies with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements, including access controls and encryption, and support audit and compliance activities. You also manage the DevOps backlog, documentation, and delivery flow in close collaboration with stakeholders.
