Data Analyst - Vistas Global

Job Summary:

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to drive strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will leverage Power BI and other data analysis tools to create dynamic dashboards and reports, translating complex data into actionable insights for various business departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Interpretation:

Collect, clean, and process data from multiple sources.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decision-making.

Power BI Reporting:

Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Create data models, visualizations, and reports that clearly communicate business metrics and KPIs to stakeholders.

Collaboration:

Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and operations to understand their data needs and deliver accurate and timely reports.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data is collected, stored, and managed efficiently.

Data Integrity & Quality:

Ensure data accuracy and consistency by implementing quality checks and validation processes.
Manage and resolve data-related issues and discrepancies.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

Provide actionable insights to improve business processes, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic goals.
Recommend data-driven improvements to business strategies and operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is an advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
Good communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
Knowledge of other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) for data storage and analysis.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Temporary

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: QAR10,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
