Gameplay Systems Engineer - Economy & Simulation

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Gameplay Systems Engineer who will be joining our expanding development team and be part of the journey to global success. You will work in a cross-functional and dynamic team, collaborating closely with Product and Data teams to build the core economy architecture and simulation systems of our games. Responsibilities

Design and develop core systems architecture in Unity C# that interact with multiple areas of the game
Transform game economy designs and data analyses into technical requirements, working closely with Product and Data teams
Apply strong mathematical and analytical approaches to solve complex gameplay and economy challenges
Support the development of simulation and tooling systems used by Product and Data teams for balancing and testing processes
Optimize heavy computational processes in resource-constrained environments with a deep understanding of development fundamentals
Develop algorithms and decision-making systems that power the game's economy architecture
Own tooling and automation needs around developed algorithms

Requirements

University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field from a reputable university
Professional experience in game development with Unity 3D and C#
Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical mindset with ability to apply them in development
Experience building systems that communicate with multiple game components
Solid understanding of performance optimization and computational efficiency
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate design requirements into technical solutions
Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
Passion and interest in gaming

Nice to Have

Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
SQL knowledge
Familiarity with Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools
Prior experience working on game economy systems or simulation tools
