Project Manager - On-site (Helsinki, Finland) - Up to €120,000 + benefits - Permanent

We’re recruiting on behalf of a leading European engineering and construction organisation delivering large-scale mission-critical infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity for an experienced Integration Manager to join a major data centre build in Helsinki, playing a key role in aligning design, construction, commissioning, and client teams to ensure successful project delivery.

You’ll act as the central integration lead across multiple disciplines, driving collaboration, managing interfaces between trades, and ensuring milestones are achieved safely, on time, and to a high standard.

What You’ll Do

• Lead coordination and reporting across all integration activities throughout project phases
• Act as the primary point of contact for integration planning, execution, and delivery
• Manage construction phasing deliverables across CSA and MEP systems
• Produce regular progress updates across design, procurement, execution, and handover
• Develop and maintain integration execution plans to align project objectives
• Chair internal and client integration meetings, driving accountability and collaboration
• Contribute to design workshops and coordinate installation scheduling and onboarding

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Proven on-site project or integration management experience within construction environments
• Strong knowledge of CSA and MEP coordination on complex projects
• Experience delivering data centre, mission-critical, or similar large-scale builds
• Telecommunications design or installation experience is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder management, organisational, and communication skills
