A Global Insurance and Mobile Device Support Services company is looking for a Project Manager / Product Manager to manage the product backlog, overseeing progress and risk management, and coordinating with stakeholders such as the development team & clients. Responsibilities include reporting on project progress, managing schedules & budgets, optimizing resources, & supporting team members.
Responsibilities
Our client is the global leader in technology protection services. From lost, stolen, and damaged wireless handsets to malfunctioning computers or HDTVs, they provide more than 90 million consumers worldwide with best-in-class, next-day device replacement, as well as offer protection of user content and software.
Working Hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (3 day remote work per week)
Holidays: Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays, Other Special Holidays

Responsibilities
- Develop & manage the product backlog, progress, & risk management.
- Coordinate & collaborate with various stakeholders, including the development team & clients.
- Report on project progress & manage schedules & budgets.
- Optimize resources & support team members.
- 3+ years of combined experience in project management and product management.
- Strong communication & negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate & negotiate effectively with teams and clients.
- Skill in organizing & conveying complex information clearly.
- Risk management & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather client requirements, create user stories, and communicate effectively with both development teams & clients.
- Skill in anticipating risks & implementing appropriate measures.
- Ability to respond quickly & effectively to issues as they arise.
- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile & Waterfall.
- Key contributor for product technology development for the protection, connection & enjoyment of devices central to people lives
- Experience delivering industry leading products and services to millions of customers
