Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre Project (Norway) – 12-Month Contract

Following the successful delivery of a key project for this client last year, we are proud to be partnering with them again in 2026. We are currently working with one of the Nordics’ most forward-thinking developers and owners on a major Data Centre project.

Due to continued growth and the award of multiple new projects, our client is seeking an experienced

Electrical Project Manager to join their team in Norway. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile Data Centre development while advancing your career within a leading organisation.

This position is offered on an initial 12-month contract, with strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractor performance in line with project schedules
• Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and contribute to progress reporting
• Identify and escalate delays, design issues, and third-party impacts
• Attend site, engineering, planning, and handover meetings
• Manage day-to-day electrical works on site
• Ensure all works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
• Maintain site documentation and uphold quality control procedures

Requirements

• Trade background with 5–7 years’ experience managing large-scale industrial projects and subcontractors
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and design-build processes
• Previous Data Centre experience (preferred)
• Right to work in the EU
