At Ryz Labs, We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with experience in Creative Direction to step into a role that combines hands-on design execution with creative strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction while remaining hands-on with design execution
  • Design sponsor decks, presentations, event flyers, logos, and marketing materials
  • Own visual consistency across events, partnerships, and brand assets
  • Create polished, high-impact materials for major brand and sponsor presentations
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and production teams
  • Support fast-paced event timelines and evolving creative needs


Requirements

  • Strong experience in graphic design and creative direction
  • Ability to manage both strategy and execution independently
  • Proven experience creating presentations, marketing assets, and brand materials
  • High attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, creative environment


Nice to Have

  • Experience using AI tools in creative workflows
  • Background in events, media, lifestyle, or culture-driven brands
