About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Full‑Stack Developer to join a high‑performing delivery team working on enterprise‑scale applications. This role will involve hands‑on development across both Java back‑end services and modern React front‑end applications, contributing to the design, build, and enhancement of business‑critical systems.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and globally distributed technical teams in an Agile environment, delivering high‑quality solutions within agreed timeframes.

The Successful Candidate

The ideal candidate will bring a strong technical background combined with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key skills and experience include:

• 8+ years’ experience in software development
• Strong hands‑on experience with Core Java (Java 8+), Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful web services
• Front‑end development experience using ReactJS, including Redux and Redux‑Saga
• Experience developing or integrating Node.js APIs
• Solid understanding of unit testing, including JUnit and JavaScript testing frameworks
• Experience defining and consuming APIs using Swagger / OpenAPI
• Previous experience in banking or financial services environments
• Strong Agile delivery experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with business users and global teams

Nice to have:

• Experience with Lodash, React selectors, and styled‑components
• Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices
• Strong client‑service mindset and ability to work independently
