We are seeking talented developers, DevOps engineers, and Data engineers to join our team in Madrid.

These roles require a strong background in Databricks, Scala, Azure, and CI/CD.

👉 Hybrid model: Candidates must be able to join the Madrid office at least 1 day per week.

🔧 Technical Skills Required

• Strong expertise in Databricks (Spark)
• Experience working with Snowflake
• Solid background in Data Management
• Programming experience with Scala
• Knowledge of LangGraph is a plus

🛠 Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and stable Azure infrastructure solutions.
• Build and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate processes using scripting languages, preferably Python.
• Ensure compliance and security across all Azure environments.
• Provide troubleshooting and technical support on infrastructure‑related issues.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to optimize application performance.
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or ARM templates.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks for CI/CD workflows.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address bottlenecks.
• Prepare and maintain architecture, design, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Support and train internal teams on DevOps best practices.
• Stay updated on new trends and technologies to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 5–9 years of experience in software development, DevOps, or system administration.
• Strong proficiency in Azure services and DevOps methodologies.
• Solid experience with Terraform or ARM templates (IaC).
• Strong object‑oriented programming skills in Python.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset.
