Senior Sales Manager Instrumentation

Job Purpose: To drive, lead, and manage sales activities related to instrumentation products for the Company. Develop and implement sales strategies, efficiently manage the sales team, foster client relationships, and achieve sales targets across a wide range of clients. Collaborate closely with other managers and operations personnel. Strive to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful delivery of products.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Direct and manage the sales management team in line with senior management objectives.
• Ensure strict adherence to company safety policies and regulatory standards.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve instrumentation revenue targets.
• Conduct market analysis to identify clients, trends, and competitive positioning.
• Manage key client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with senior leadership, suppliers, and internal departments to support sales growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the instrumentation sales team.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of instrumentation products.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead contract negotiations and ensure compliance with company policies and documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Instrumentation or equivalent; MBA preferred
• Certified Contracts Administration Manager (Mercury Training)
• Certified Automation Engineer
• 12+ years of instrumentation experience, including 6-8 years in sales and management
• Proven track record in business growth, profitability, and sales strategy development
• Strong leadership, people management, and business development skills
• Solid financial, operational, and strategic acumen
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
