Scrum Master

Position Summary: The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's Agile transformation initiatives by working closely with the Center of Excellence (COE) and Agile Captaincy. This role involves leading integration projects, managing product work, and overseeing business-as-usual (BAU) tasks. The Scrum Master will collaborate with multiple stakeholders across various initiatives, provide feedback to the COE, and implement best practices tailored to the team's needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership qualities, technical expertise in Jira and JQL, and experience with operational teams.

• Minimum of 4-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Experience working within a Center of Excellence (COE).
