What You Will Be Doing

• Group HR Oversight: You lead all HR activities for the group and serve as the primary subject matter expert for the Swiss operations while supporting the German operations on strategic level.
• Compensation & Benefits: You are responsible for the compensation and benefits strategy and oversee the outsourced payrolling. In addition, you orchestrate the employee stock option plan.
• Employment Law & Regulations: You draft employment contracts and maintain employee regulations in accordance with Swiss law. Furthermore, you identify employment law risks and protect the company from them.
• Recruitment & Selection: You manage talent attraction, the interview process, candidate selection, and hiring decisions in the upcoming growth phase of the company.
• Organizational Development: You drive the evolution of the organizational development. You coordinate the processes related to organizational adjustments, including titles, roles and functional descriptions, and you prescribe the annual appraisal and performance review process.
• Specialized HR Administration: You are responsible for the entire HR administration, handle matters such as contract drafting, employment references, and absence confirmations, and manage communication with authorities. As part of this, you ensure the smooth onboarding and offboarding process for the employees.
• Systems & Digitalization: You act as the lead for HRWorks, optimizing the system to automate workflows and maintain a single source of truth.
  
  

What You Bring To The Job

• You have completed an advanced HR qualification (e.g., Swiss HR Federal Diploma or equivalent).
• You have at least 4-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role and cover most of the topics above.
• You are familiar with Swiss law and the Swiss social security system.
• You are tech-savvy and enjoy configuring HR systems to eliminate manual paperwork.
• You are highly organized and can deliver high-quality results within a 40% workload.
• German: C2 – Proficient
