Objective:
Responsible for supporting the implementation and maintenance of the project management framework within the organization, ensuring that projects align with the organization’s strategic goals, particularly in relation to healthcare governance, compliance, and quality improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing project management framework based on the organization’s requirements.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and departmental leads to ensure that the projects contribute to achieving strategic goals.
Facilitate the planning, execution, and monitoring of PMO projects end to end, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
Gather and analyze feedback from various departments to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports for senior leadership and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Assist various departments in creating project plans, developing strategies, and maintaining ongoing reports as required by the PMO.
Ensure that all necessary documentation and reporting are up to date and meet the standards set by the PMO.
Compile and submit comprehensive PMO reports to the Corporate PMO.
Providing a detailed overview of project statuses, milestones, risks, and any other pertinent information necessary for corporate review and
oversight.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements across all projects, maintaining high standards of governance and accountability.
Provide support to team members on project management best practices and tools, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Academic/Skill
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or other relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is preferred.
Proven experience in managing healthcare projects with a strong understanding of project management methodologies.
Experience in leading and mentoring project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Solid background in identifying and mitigating project risks, conducting risk assessments, and implementing corrective measures.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and senior leadership, promoting cooperation and effective communication.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a significant portion in the healthcare sector.
