Contract Duration: Until June 2025 with an high chance of extension

FTE; Full time (40 hours/week)

Location: 3 days onsite in the office in Krakow

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient coordination of hiring within the IT transformation team in a Non-sourcing role. You will work closely with a team of Talent Acquisition Partners and HR Professionals in a fast-paced organization and manage recruiting activities and build candidate relationships. The ideal candidate for this role works well independently and is comfortable managing competing priorities, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule interviews, phone screens, and video interviews, working directly with candidates and Hiring Managers
• Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
• Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
• Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status through weekly reporting
• Assist in reporting and analytics review
• Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
• Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
• Assist with other projects and duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ year(s) of HR or Recruiting Coordinator experience
• Proficient in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Experience with HRIS Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, & Vendor Management Systems
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources or related field
