Industry & Sector: Management Consulting / Professional Services—providing administrative, operational and compliance support for consulting engagements across the United Arab Emirates. This on-site role focuses on accurate back-office operations that enable client-facing teams to deliver results.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Process and maintain accurate digital and physical records including client files, correspondence, and contracts in line with company SOPs and UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Perform day-to-day data entry, update databases and internal systems to ensure information integrity and timely availability for stakeholders.
  • Handle invoice processing, expense claims, and basic bookkeeping tasks; prepare supporting documentation for finance and audits.
  • Reconcile documents and transaction logs with relevant departments; escalate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with Finance or Operations.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence, schedule coordination, and basic procurement support (office supplies, vendor coordination) to maintain smooth office operations.
  • Support onboarding and administrative tasks for consultants and staff—prepare paperwork, maintain personnel files, and ensure compliance with local documentation requirements.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

  • Proven experience in back-office, administrative, or clerical roles within corporate or consulting environments (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong accuracy and attention to detail with demonstrated data-entry quality control.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word and Outlook; comfortable using enterprise systems for record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with invoice processing, basic bookkeeping principles and document reconciliation.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work within compliance guidelines in a professional services context.
  • Fluent English; Arabic language skills are an advantage for UAE client interactions.

Preferred

  • Experience with ERP platforms (Oracle, SAP or similar) or digital document management systems.
  • Experience supporting consulting teams or professional services firms and understanding of client billing workflows.
