DATA ANALYST

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate has several years of experience working with data, strong analytical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role bridges business needs and data, ensuring that accurate, meaningful information drives strategic and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business performance tracking
• Translate business questions into data queries and analytical solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and KPIs
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support decision-making
• Identify data quality issues and recommend process improvements
• Support the development and maintenance of data models and databases
• Document methodologies, processes, and definitions for reporting consistency

Ensure compliance with data governance and data protection standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
• 2–5+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role
• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Experience working with large datasets and databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear and structured way
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts
• Experience with ETL processes
• Familiarity with statistical methods and forecasting
