Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to defined scope, timeline, and budget
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
• Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and resources
• Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and leadership
• Conduct project meetings, reviews, and post-project evaluations
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and best practices
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and metrics
• Foster collaboration and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale projects
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum)
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications
• Experience in software development, IT, or engineering projects
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of risk management and quality assurance principles
