About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with embedded software expertise to drive agile delivery within a SAFe / Scaled Agile environment.

You will work closely with developers, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality, efficient, and collaborative development of embedded software solutions.

✅ Mandatory Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in the embedded domain
• Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile / Scaled Agile frameworks
• German B2 or higher (required)
• Willingness to work onsite in Böblingen

⭐ Nice to Have

• Experience in medical or healthcare environments
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent Scrum certification

🧩 Experience & Skills

• 5–10 years as a Scrum Master, ideally in embedded software development
• Strong understanding of:
• RTOS, firmware, and hardware–software integration
• Real-time constraints, limited resources, and hardware dependencies
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong servant leadership, problem-solving ability, and adaptability in fast-paced technical teams
