Consultant, Governance Risk Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Consultant, Governance Risk Compliance to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will provide expert advisory services to our clients, helping them navigate the complex landscape of governance, risk management, and compliance.

• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies for clients across various industries
• Evaluate and advise on the implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Perform audits and assessments to identify gaps and areas for improvement in clients' governance, risk, and compliance programs
• Develop and deliver training programs to educate clients on governance, risk, and compliance best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic guidance and recommendations on risk management and compliance initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, regulations, and industry best practices in the governance, risk, and compliance domain

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO, COSO, COBIT)
• Proficiency in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and presentation abilities
• Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards
• Minimum 5 years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance consulting or related roles
• Experience in conducting audits, assessments, and developing compliance programs
• Experience in various industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, technology)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Accounting, Law)
• Professional certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC, CGEIT, CISM, CISSP) are preferred
• Knowledge of specific industry regulations and best practices (e.g., HIPAA for healthcare, PCI DSS for payment card industry)
