Software Engineer - Systematic Trading - £300k+

Paragon Alpha are collaborating with one of the top performing systematic Hedge Funds who have managed to triple their AUM in the past few years. Due to their impressive performances, they aim to aggressively build out their tech/data teams in 2026.

This role sits in their core Data team who are responsible for delivering high performing scalable systems for reference data management, front office analytics, and internal/external reporting. This role offers direct visibility across the business and the chance to work closely with stakeholders across execution, engineering, and research teams. Each project you work on will directly contribute to operational efficiency and trading decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have proven Python development experience and C# in a production environment.
