We are seeking an experienced Programme Manager specializing in the MRO domain to support one of our key customers. This role will represent the business area, ensuring the seamless delivery of their strategic roadmap and acting as a bridge between Business and IT.

🔧 About the Role

The Programme Manager will oversee initiatives within the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) domain—covering planning, supply chain, execution, and monitoring of aircraft maintenance activities. This environment involves complex management of inventory, suppliers, parts availability, staffing, scheduling, and compliance with strict safety and quality standards.

Experience in MRO is mandatory, and exposure to SAP or ERP systems is considered a strong plus.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Drive programme alignment and progress across both Business and IT teams.
• Operate comfortably across multiple roles and levels of detail.
• Manage the programme from a functional (not deeply technical) perspective.
• Lead project tracking, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Engage hands-on in daily project activities, fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure proactive identification and resolution of issues.
• Support preparation of dashboards, reports, and documentation (Atlassian tools).

🛠 Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems (Nice to have).
• Proficiency with Confluence and Jira.
• Strong programme/project management reporting capabilities.

📜 Certifications (Highly Valued)

• MRO-related certifications.
• PMP / PMI or similar project management credentials.

🧩 Experience Requirements

• 5+ years as a Project or Programme Manager.
• Proven experience in the MRO domain (mandatory).
