Ruth is a technology startup based in Graz that aims to revolutionize the recruitment industry with a new way of utilizing psychological data. Ruth is based on an innovative methodology and aims to make unbiased and autonomous HR decisions. With the help of data science and validated psychometric tests, this tool can significantly simplify and expedite the process of selecting the most suitable candidate and guarantee that the selected candidate truly fits into the team and is likely to stay with the organization for a long time.

We're developing an innovative product in psychology with implications for the recruitment market and are currently searching for a person with recruitment experience to join our team in the position:

Recruitment Data Analyst

We’re expanding our Product team and seeking a psychologist with experience in the recruitment industry to advance their career in an analytical role within an ambitious HR-tech startup that heavily leverages psychological science. This position serves as a bridge between our engineers and scientists in the core R&D team and the business side, interacting with candidates and analyzing recruitment data relevant to decision-making processes - all to help us enhance Ruth’s matching algorithm. 

While we’re based in Graz, we highly value a remote work setup.

Requirements:

• University degree in Psychology
• Work experience in recruitment or executive search roles
• Advanced knowledge of differential psychology
• Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
• Strong statistical knowledge (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficiency in English

We offer you for this position a monthly minimum gross salary from €2.500,00 to €4.500,00 on a full time basis. The actual salary is calculated on the basis of previous periods of service, qualification, professional experience and the collective agreement.
