We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our global squad, bridging the gap between our Toronto-based strategy and our Middle Eastern operations. You will have full ownership over building and scaling our proprietary AI matching infrastructure.

The Tech Stack We Need:

• Backend Mastery: 5+ years with Node.js and Python, focusing on high-concurrency microservices.
• Frontend Excellence: Expert proficiency in React and TypeScript for building data-heavy AI dashboards.
• AI/ML Integration: Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration (LangChain, OpenAI API) and vector databases.
• Security-First Infrastructure: Deep experience with AWS/Azure and a rigorous approach to data encryption and regional compliance.
• Data Layer: Advanced skills in PostgreSQL and Redis for real-time processing.
