Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Workday Developer with strong expertise in Workday Integrations to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and supporting complex Workday integrations and a solid understanding of HCM processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Workday Integration development with relevant Workday Integration certification
• Hands-on experience with the following Workday integration tools and technologies:
• Core Connector
• PECI / PICOF Payroll Integrations
• Workday Studio
• Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
• Custom Reports
• Boomerang Integrations
• Integration Security
• Strong experience with XML, XSLT, and Document Transformations
• Experience working with SOAP APIs / Web Services
• Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and JSON
• Good understanding of Workday HCM functional processes

Optional/Good-to-Have Skills

• Travel & Expense functional knowledge
• Payroll functional knowledge
• Absence and Time Tracking functional knowledge
• Recruitment integration experience
• Exposure to Workday Extend
• Knowledge of Workday PRISM
• Experience with Adaptive Planning
