  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy-critical data
  • Strong ownership: ability to independently take responsibility for processes and outcomes
  • Fluent Russian; English level B2 or higher
  • Ability to work CET-overlapping hours, with location outside Belarus and Russia

Nice to Have

  • Experience using Python for data analysis (Pandas, Jupyter Notebooks)
  • Previous experience in operational, financial, or HR analytics
  • Experience working with data reconciliation between financial and product data sources

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse operational performance across MedOps, Finance, and HR, with a strong focus on core operational KPIs
  • Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear and reliable visibility into operational metrics
  • Investigate inconsistencies and gaps in operational, financial, and product data
  • Ensure high data quality and consistency so stakeholders can confidently rely on analytics for decision-making
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to Operations, Finance, and HR teams to support operational decisions
