Our client is a well-regarded consulting firm delivering large-scale transformation projects in partnership with public sector organisations, including the HSE. They are currently engaged across several national health programmes, supporting the redesign and delivery of critical services within the Irish health system.

• 7+ years’ experience in project/programme delivery
• Experience in healthcare, public sector or complex stakeholder environments
• Strong project management and organisational skills
• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement or service design
• Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and working in multi-disciplinary teams

Role and Reporting Lines

Reporting to the Programme Director within the consulting team, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of critical workstreams across a number of national health initiatives.

• Workstream Ownership – Lead delivery of ECC, PCTWL and operating model transformation projects
• Project Planning – Develop project timelines, resource allocations and key milestones
• Stakeholder Engagement – Liaise with HSE regional managers, clinical leads and national stakeholders
• Service Redesign – Conduct process mapping and support development of future-state models
• Digital Delivery – Help implement tools such as dashboards, e-referrals and scheduling systems
• Change Enablement – Develop rollout plans, training and support adoption efforts
• Benefits Tracking – Measure programme impact through KPIs and reporting
• Workshop Facilitation – Run collaborative sessions across operational and digital domains
