Meet5 is the largest leisure community for people over 40. We want to offer our target audience the best possible app experience. Our shared goal is target group appropriate design and functionality with easy usability.

As our Senior UX/UI Designer, you’ll create scalable design systems, identify UX issues before they reach production, and elevate our app’s usability and visual quality. You’ll also mentor our existing designer and establish clear processes that make our design-to-development workflow faster and smoother than ever.

Tasks

• Creative Design & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user-centered design with seamless interactions.
• User-oriented Research: Create meaningful personas of our target audience and design an intuitive information architecture.
• User Testing: Organise user tests and iteratively optimise your designs based on feedback and your evaluation.
• Cooperation & Exchange: Mentor our UX/UI designer, collaborate with our frontend team, and revise our design guidelines to ensure consistent and effective implementation.

Requirements

• Degree in Design, Human-Machine Interaction, or a related field.
• At least four years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably with a focus on mobile apps.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) and basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and possibly JavaScript.
• An expressive portfolio with design drafts.
• English at C1 level, knowledge of German is a bonus
