Location : Clamart – 2 days of teleworking per week

Contract : Permanent contract

Remuneration : 55k - 70k€ fixed gross annual salary depending on experience and skills

Getting Started : as soon as possible, within 3 months maximum

🎯 Background:

As part of the strengthening of its digital division, a Agency specialising in the design and management of high value-added web projects is looking for an experienced project manager.

The structure supports its clients on a variety of projects: web platforms, institutional sites, intranets and complex digital devices, with an approach oriented towards quality, method and commitment.

The work environment is collaborative, with a particular focus on autonomy, hybrid organization and professional balance.

🔧 Mission & scope of intervention:

The position is part of a central role in steering and structuring digital projects, from the upstream phases to delivery.

Framing & understanding of needs:

• Analysis of customer issues and facilitation of scoping workshops.

• Formalization of functional needs and drafting of specifications.

Project organization and governance:

• Implementation of management methods adapted to web projects.

• Definition of monitoring indicators (planning, quality, budget).

• Production of operational and summary reports for stakeholders.

Coordination & delivery :

• Animation and coordination of project teams (technical and functional).

• Monitoring of schedules, anticipation of risks and management of arbitrations.

• Preparation and animation of steering committees.

Financial management:

• Construction of fixed-price project budgets in complete autonomy.

• Financial monitoring and optimization of the profitability of projects.

👤 Profile sought:

The position corresponds to a profile with the following elements:

• Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience in fixed-price project management, in an IT services company or digital agency.

• Engineering degree or university master's degree.

• Proven experience in the Definition and management of project budgets.

• Good command of project management methods (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, V-cycle).

• Comfortable with management and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project or equivalent).
