As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing high-quality projects, optimizing customer workflows, and driving operational excellence, positioning Roche as a trusted partner in healthcare innovation. We are seeking a candidate based in the mazowieckie, łódzkie, or wielkopolskie voivodeship.

The opportunity:

  • Lead and manage strategic and operational projects for customers in alignment with Roche’s goals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes and enhance customer experiences
  • Implement new workflows, laboratory systems, and ICT platforms, ensuring seamless integration
  • Support sales and marketing teams with tender opportunities and contribute to customer sales development
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners to strengthen expertise and strategy

Who you are:

  • You live in mazowieckie, łodzkie or wielkopolskie voivodeship
  • Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel extensively within Poland
  • You have minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or laboratory settings
  • Proficient in modern planning and office software with proven experience in planning tools
  • University degree
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-centric focus

  • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and collaborating across teams
  • Knowledge of hospital and laboratory organizational structures is a plus
  • A proactive team player with commercial acumen
