As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing high-quality projects, optimizing customer workflows, and driving operational excellence, positioning Roche as a trusted partner in healthcare innovation. We are seeking a candidate based in the mazowieckie, łódzkie, or wielkopolskie voivodeship.
The opportunity:
- Lead and manage strategic and operational projects for customers in alignment with Roche’s goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business processes and enhance customer experiences
- Implement new workflows, laboratory systems, and ICT platforms, ensuring seamless integration
- Support sales and marketing teams with tender opportunities and contribute to customer sales development
- Foster collaboration with internal teams and external partners to strengthen expertise and strategy
- You live in mazowieckie, łodzkie or wielkopolskie voivodeship
- Valid driver’s license and readiness to travel extensively within Poland
- You have minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or laboratory settings
- Proficient in modern planning and office software with proven experience in planning tools
- University degree
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and collaborating across teams
- Knowledge of hospital and laboratory organizational structures is a plus
- A proactive team player with commercial acumen
