We are currently recruiting for a .NET Developer for a 12-month contract based in Stockholm. The role requires 2 days onsite per week and offers a rate that is open and negotiable.
This opportunity involves modernizing and maintaining applications using a mix of modern and legacy technologies. Below are the key details:
Role Highlights
- Start Date: As soon as possible
- Languages: English (required)
- Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week in Stockholm
- Tech Stack:
- Legacy: .NET 3.5, C#, VB.NET, VB Script, Access Database, 2D/3D rendering (SlimDx, Infragistics libraries), WCF, Windows Install Shield installers.
- Modern: .NET Core, JavaScript, SQL Server/Oracle databases, CI/CD (Team City, Octopus).
- Methodologies: Agile/SCRUM.
- Preferred Experience: Working with analytical instrumentation, data acquisition, and control applications is a plus.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong expertise in object-oriented design and Windows development with C#/.NET and VB.NET.
- Programming experience in JavaScript, SQL, and VBA scripts.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Team City, Octopus) and agile development workflows.
